What Is DTH Service

DTH  service or Direct to Home Service

To make a broad area of cable TV subscribers comes another mode of delivery-“Direct To Home” was devised. DTH satellite used KU band (may be 10 GHz to 12.5 GHz) for delivery of satellite based programming to home base dish antenna. Dish antenna receiver have small diameter (may be 18 inch diameter).

Dish antenna worked as a receiver antenna after receive signals it further connected to our STB (SET TOP BOX).  STB is having important roll to receiving signals form dish antenna. STB can be HD, Full HD, 4K Ultra HD etc. it depends on your service plan.. This STB is connected to the Cable TV and we can see TV programs. DTH is easy to install & its STB (SET TOP BOX) have compact design which consume less space.

DTH companies provide us different offers in recharge coupons some DTH provider also have pay per view facility. In the pay per view recharge coupons we can see only that TV channels which we have activated means only paid channels can see.
